Wok Standard 1.2mm Gauge, Carbon Steel with Wood Handle, 10.5″/27cm
This lighter weight, 10.5″ (27cm) wok is manufactured from 1.2mm gauge Carbon steel and features a solid wooden handle for that authentic finishing touch. Suitable for all hob types, its flattened base ensures the wok will sit firmly and stays in constant contact with the heat source. This wok must be seasoned before first use and instructions are included in the packaging.
